Crab Tostadas
Tostadas two ways:
A - Salmon ceviche, cabbage, crème fraîche, whitefish roe, pico de gallo, chipotle aioli.
B - Dungeness crab 'salad', cabbage, crème fraîche, whitefish roe, pico de gallo, chipotle aioli.
Paired with The Bruery's Oui Oui.
